With the Conference on the Future of Europe, the European Parliament, the Council and the European Commission have created an opportunity for European Citizens from all 27 Member States to engage in a debate on Europe's challenges and priorities in order to create together a Europe fit for the future.

As part of the Conference construction, a Multilingual Digital Platform is available to enable citizens to share their ideas, which can be commented on or endorsed by other contributors, find events, and follow the progress of the Conference. The platform was launched on 19 April 2021 and is accessible online via futureu.europa.eu

All contributions are collected, analysed and published via recurrent reports such as this document and serve as input into the work of the European Citizens' Panels and the Conference Plenary.

Here are the main topics defined on the digital platform:

  • Climate change and the environment
  • Health
  • A stronger economy, social justice and jobs
  • EU in the world
  • Values and rights, rule of law, security
  • Digital transformation
  • European Democracy
  • Migration
  • Education, Culture, Youth and Sport
