The Commission is pleased to announce the selection of local organisers for the EU Defence Innovation Scheme’s (EUDIS) hackathons. The chosen organisations are set to play integral roles in fostering innovation and collaboration within the defence sector across Europe.
The following local organisers will host the very first edition of EUDIS’s hackathons from 31 May to 2 June 2024:
- National Centre for Scientific Research Demokritos – Athens, Greece
- Krakow Technology Park – Krakow, Poland
- Sopra Steria Benelux – Brussels, Belgium
- Kaunas University of Technology – Kaunas, Lithuania
- Design Terminal – Budapest, Hungary
- Cefriel – Milano, Italy
These organisations will serve as key facilitators in driving forward the objectives of the EU Defence Innovation Scheme, working closely with stakeholders to promote technological advancements and strengthen defence capabilities across the European Union.
Registrations are now open for each of the locations. Interested participants are invited to register before 19 May 2024.
