Innovation Through Inclusion: The LGBTIQ+ Impact in STEM

The first edition – ‘Innovation Through Inclusion: The LGBTIQ+ Impact in STEM’ – will take place online on the 18^th of November, 11:00-12:00 CET, where Cécile Deprez will speak in honour of the international LGBTQ+ in STEM Day. 

Cécile is a Scientific Researcher for Next-Generation GNSS at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), and Co-founder and Coordinator of DLR-wide networks for women and gender minorities, internationals, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse folks. They are also a member of the DIVERIS network, a 2025 WE CREATE SPACE Queer Leader for Corporate & Workplace Inclusion, a vocal advocate for women, and a true pillar of the LGBTIQ+ community in the European space sector.
