European Conference Human-Machine interfaces and Gaming Technologies in Defence

The European Commission and the Croatian Defence Industry Competitiveness Cluster are organising this “in person”-event on 26-27 September 2023 in Zagreb, Croatia.

The conference will address how digital technologies can be used in defence and what the benefits are for the battlefield. Human-Machine interfaces and gaming technologies, which are core technologies for simulations and trainings have key importance for defence, especially looking to the future. Many critical technologies for security and defence are increasingly originated in the civilian domain and use critical components of a dual-use nature.

The event will offer participants the following opportunities:

• To learn more about funding opportunities offered by the European Defence Fund;
• To stimulate a debate between companies from different sizes, research organisations and academia, national and regional government representatives in two dedicated Panel sessions;
• To provide a forum to businesses from all over Europe to connect through B2B meetings and pitches;
• To attend the live demonstrations on the 26^th of September.
