DEFIS representatives will be present at Impact CEE next week to meet with the local entrepreneurship ecosystem and raise awareness about the EU Defence Innovation Scheme (EUDIS) and the CASSINI Space entrepreneurship initiative.
15 May will be devoted to the defence sector, as the DEFIS booth will host several pitching from defence entrepreneurs as of 1 P.M., followed by a networking with investors in the afternoon. Milosz Momot, Head of Unit for European Defence Fund Implementation - Defence systems will take part in a panel dedicated to “Strengthening Europe's Defense”, starting at 15:35 on stage 4. The next day will be dedicated to the space sectors, with New Space companies pitching at the Commission booth from 1 P.M. Justyna Redelkiewicz from the Agency for the Space Programme – EUSPA will participate to a panel discussion on Building Space Businesses for Earth. The rest of the afternoon will also be dedicated to networking with corporate and investors.
Interested companies and investors present at Impact CEE are welcome to join the stand of the European Commission to network and exchange with the representatives from EUDIS and CASSINI teams, as well as the several start-ups who have been invited to present their solutions.

DEFIS presence at ImpactCEE follows a series of gatherings with national space and defence entrepreneurship ecosystems with a next stop in Romania at the Black Sea Defence and Aerospace on 22 – 24 May.
